Pankaj's brief biography
Pankaj is the Founder Director at Excellect KPO Consultants LLC, California widely known as KPOC. Under his mentorship, KPOC has successfully set up world’s first LPO Association: Global Outsourcing Association of Lawyers (GOAL). His expertise encompasses various aspects of the legal outsourcing business—including strategy development, operational management, creating sales and marketing strategies, to name a few—and he has also been responsible for facilitating strategic alliances between LPO vendors and buyers like law firms and counsels in the US, UK, and other markets. His intricate knowledge of the LPO industry is such that the Government of Mauritius has invited him multiple times to address its industry leaders on diverse issues such as Building up the LPO Industry in Mauritius; Doing KPO Business in Africa; etc. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the LPO industry and combines a deep understanding of current technologies with the ability to articulate the application of these technologies in various business contexts and models.
Global Outsourcing Association of Lawyers (GOAL), established by KPOC is dedicated to the advancement of the ideology and strategies of worldwide legal+outsourcing fraternity in today’s fast accelerating world.
