Dayanthi's brief biography
Dayanthi Samaranayake serves as Senior Group Manager Operations – Legal Services, Colombo Sri Lanka for WNS Global Services (Pvt) Limited. She heads the Legal Operations in Sri Lanka and is involved in Client Engagement, Liasing with Operations Support Units, People and Perfomance Management and ensuring delivery of Service Levels.
Dayanthi joined WNS in 2007 as Manager for a UK Residential Conveyancing Process and currently heads a High End Voice and Data Complex Process providing services to a UK based Solicitor Firm dealing with Personal Injury Claims. She also overlooks the Corporate Legal Team in Sri Lanka and supports in Business Development for Legal Services. Prior to joining WNS she served in a full services Law Firm since 2003 and has extensive exposure in multiple areas of law including Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Commercial Law and Company Secretarial work.
Dayanthi is a Lawyer by profession and is an Attorney at Law having qualified from the Sri Lanka Law College in 2003 with Honours. She is a licensed Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths and Company Secretary registered with the Registrar of Companies in Sri Lanka and also holds a Nationa Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Dayanthi represents WNS as a member of the Center of Excellence for Legal Services in the SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association of Software and Service Companies) and has represented Sri Lanka as a Scholar at the Inter Pacific Bar Association Conference held in Sydney Australia in May 2006.

Michael's brief biography
Michael joined Stone Forest Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd in 2011 specialising in computer forensics, electronic discovery and legal process outsourcing. He has several years of experience in these areas in addition to litigation support, document management and investigations into fraud and corruption.
Michael had worked with a set of Chambers in Lincoln's Inn, UK, Rajah & Tann, Singapore, KPMG and Deloitte. Some of his notable work includes the setting up and management of the first legal process outsourcing centre in Southeast Asia that processed millions of discoverable documents for international clients, designing the workflow for the electronic court system for Judicial Reform in Sri Lanka (a project supported by the World Bank), analysis and design of a case management solution for the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and working on one of the most high-profile computer forensics investigation in the financial services industry in 2008.
Michael is a frequent trainer and speaker in the field of electronic discovery. As an avid technologist with a keen interest in electronic discovery, he is often sought after by lawyers, investigators and compliance professionals for advice on making technology works in legal and discovery processes.

Juan Pablo Sanchez is a partner of the firm in the areas of corporate law, telecommunications, air and space law, real estate and project finance, representing several domestic and foreign clients in various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and the establishment of operations in Mexico.
Actively involved in matters of air and space nations and foreign airlines and telecommunications issues.
Unviersidad studied law at Anahuac and holds a Masters degree in law from Georgetown University.
Throughout 2005 he worked as Foreign Associate at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler in New York City, USA.
A member of the Latin American Air Transport Association and has served as adjunct professor of corporate law in the Unviersidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City
