KPO Consultants organized first ever LPO Convention exclusively discussing the staffing issues in the LPO industry. The event received a remarkable response from the LPO industry with key attendees including companies Infosys, Quattro, EXL, Intellextra, and United Lex. The convention which featured a panel discussion had presence of some the most eminent personalities from legal outsourcing industry including Mr. Rajiv Goswami, CEO, Intellextra, Vijay Srivastava, VP - HR, United Lex, Prateek Natekar, VP – Operations, IDS Infotech, Sumathi Krishanmurthy, Head – Operations, Maximus LPO, and Rajiv Ranjan, Director – IPR, Airware LPO. The panel discussion resulted in uncovering some useful information about future prospects about the LPO industry and possible career opportunities with detailed discussion on temporary staffing and how it could be used as a strategic endeavor to overcome staffing challenges in the LPO industry. A number of young and experienced lawyers and professionals interacted and resolved a number of queries in the session.
