Mr Pankaj Parnami, Founder Director, KPO Consultants was invited to share his knowledge about Building Successful Outsourcing Ventures in the Legal and Knowledge Outsourcing Industry. It was a global conference organized by the Govt of Mauritius in order to create robust awareness amongst local companies on setting up KPO businesses. There were around 1200 participants representing 113 countries from Asia, Europe and the United States.
