She has more than 18 years of management and consulting experience in management consultancy.  She is a lawyer by her qualification. She has worked in most countries in Asia as well as in India and Canada. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of corporate, transactional, taxation and mergers & acquisitions matters.

John is an expert in cross-cultural assignments. She has substantial working exposure to law firms across various countries, particularly in UK and US.

During her time in US, she handled various challenging assignments pertaining to legal aspects.

K L GOYAL


There are powerful individuals who are quiet, inscrutable and reticent, and then there is K L Goyal who is having around 20 years of post qualification experience in the sphere of Accounts, Finance and Law. By his qualification, he is a Chartered Accountant qualified in the year of 1985. He is currently working as Regional PF Commissioner in Mumbai in Employees Provident Fund Organization, an autonomous body under the control of Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.

He has deftly handled a whole gamut of accounts, finance and litigation matters in the fields of Provident Fund. He is adequately experienced in preparation and vetting commercial deeds, agreements and corporate                                 papers.

He puts a lot of emphasis on professional development of his team. He arranges monthly group meetings and periodic lectures covering topics relevant to the work domain. His forte is excellent negotiation, analytical and research skills with proven ability to implement cost effective and innovative measures.

DEEPAK DEXIT

By qualification, Deepak is an LLM, LL.B from Law Faculty, Delhi University and holds certificate of WIPO, GENEVA in Intellectual Property Rights. He is master of Corporate laws, Property laws, PFA, Civil laws, Criminal laws, Labour laws, IPR laws, Electricity laws, Arbitration matters and SC rules. Currently, he is running his company providing services in the space of e-arbitration. His office has a very cosmopolitan atmosphere giving the opportunity to seek services from people from diverse backgrounds.

He has got over 7 years of practice in various fora ranging from Apex Court to lower Courts and arbitration matters. Until recently, he was the Legal Head, i- Solutions Providers ( India ) Pvt. Ltd. (Subsidiary of ICICI Bank). He headed the team of lawyers and played advisory role to the management. He has been a key coordinator for the Management of the company and used to advice on crucial issues like M&A. Prior to that, he worked with North Delhi Power Limited, (a Tata Power & Delhi govt. joint venture), as Head of Group (Legal).>

JASON HUANG (J.D., M.A.)

Jason Huang obtained a Master of Arts degree with the major in economics and business from New York. She then attended the State University-College of Law. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude in 2001 from there. She is a member of several Lawyers Associations in US. Jason is versed with the commercial litigation, civil litigation, family law related matters and administrative law in Canada. Jason focuses her practice on client needs such as pension accounting, financial statement preparation, compilation, review, and audits. She assists individual and corporate clients in their income, sales and payroll tax return preparation.

RAJEEV GOSWAMI

Rajeev Goswami, ACIS(UK), LLB, ACS, MICA, ADSM, Dip.IPR, B.Sc. has been providing outsourced legal services to companies and firms in UK and US markets in the capacity of Director, Intellextra Outsourcing Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has been into legal industry for almost 7 years providing legal consulting to the clients. He has worked with leading organizations like HCL Technologies Limited, NOIDA, India's leading IT services provider and Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited, New Delhi, an NBFC and India's leading Auto Loan Company, Phoenix Industries Limited and TATA Donnelley Limited.

Rajeev Goswami has spoken in various seminars on LPO and has also participated in panel discussion on LPO at a Prime Time show on TV Channel (DD-Loksabha).

During his career in an Australian company, Peter has been in charge of business delivery for Europe based firms. Peter has weaved his organizational experiences with his learning opportunities. He has also embarked on a doctoral program to study the implications of consulting interventions on organizations. He has provided services to closely held corporations and individuals in tax planning & filing Income tax returns. He has also involved in corporate matters, bookkeeping, compilation & review of financial statements, setup of accounting system for clients etc. Currently, he is involved in the knowledge outsourcing industry and helps companies and firms in connecting with the vendors in the outsourcing markets like India.

ANIL NAGPAL

Anil Nagpal is an Electronics Engineer, with professional experience of more than 26 years in industry of Computers and Medical Electronics field. He has led the multinational companies like Philips, Shimadzu, HCL Picker and IBM franchisers etc. playing crucial roles. He has mastered handling the challenges of different industries and seen the changes of the industries from 2nd generation of computers to the latest as an engineer and handled different kind of Turnkey Projects involving total solutions to the customers.

He embodies the qualities most professional leaders aspire for. Blending old-fashioned values with shrewd business acumen and visionary thinking, he has come to define the standards of personal integrity and corporate governance for the company.

As a great manager, he is dexterous in solution providing for customer and organization, apart from training, guidance and customer support. He undeniably is a good strategist with an ability of team work, commitment, and analytical approach.

PUSSHP GUPTA

Pusshp Gupta is the founder partner of Global Medico Legal Counsels, a firm which expertises in Medico legal cases in the Legal Process Outsourcing sector. She herself has been providing legal consulting to lots of organizations outsourcing their working to her firm. She is dexterous in medical research, legal research, comprehensive drafting, and development of case strategy with preparation of medical record summary.

She is Bachelor of Laws from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and Master of Laws, University of Northumbria , Newcastle , United Kingdom . She is carrying over 11 years of work experience in the Indian industry. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She is also the member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi Court Bar Association. She has adroitly handled Court matters at Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and others Courts, i.e. District Consumer Redressal Forum, National Consumer Commission, MRTP Commission, Labor Courts and Company Law Board.

She has been the Lead Trainer, Indo British Advocacy Skills Project and has trained more than 500 lawyers across India in advocacy skills.

PANKAJ PARNAMI

He's the youngest chief amongst all teammates, not because of his qualification or experience but for the sheer guts he's shown since he took over the reins of the company.

Pankaj is the Founder Director of KPO CONSULTANTS. He has been involved in building, operating and running LPO companies for almost two years. He has already wheeled India's two leading LPO organizations on BOT Model. He has undeniably been the pioneer in organizing workshops over KPO (LPO & FPO) sector in collaboration with lots of industry associations to spread the wave of business opportunity amongst professionals and corporates.

By profession, he is a Company Secretary and an MBA from Delhi (pursuing Law), India carrying over 6 years of work experience in the legal and financial industry. He is well aware of the Secretarial, Financial and Legal aspects of the business. Considered as a marketing wizard, Mr. Parnami has proved his mettle in all the companies he has been with - be it Escorts or TATA AIG. He subsequently has proved his potential by entitling himself as an Author Of Two Unique Books meant for Management students.

BOB AXTON (B.TECH., M.B.A.)

Bob is an experienced Management Consultant with a broad knowledge of IT and Patents management. He is an Engineer, a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and a Management Consultant. Bob has built up 18 years of consulting and management experience gained as the Director - IPR in a UK based company. He has a very clear understanding of the business drivers in the IPR industry. He maintains a record of delivering pragmatic, cost-effective solutions to the challenges those drivers present.

PRABUDDHA GUPTA

Prabuddha is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as the fellow member of the institute to practice and consult in the areas of Auditing, Accounting, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, Service Tax Act and other related financial laws.

With over 6 years experience in conducting statutory and internal audits at various leading organizations, Prabuddha is an experienced and well regarded expert of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act - US) domain. He is also well known for his pragmatic and solution driven advice in dealing with strategic business issues and complex financial issues across the income tax spectrum.

Prabuddha also heads up his firm's management development arm, which regularly delivers management development training in both the public and private sectors germane to financial sphere of business.

He is an experienced public speaker who is regularly invited to contribute to conferences throughout the country on both SOX related topics and on motivating and influencing professionals and developing effective management behaviour.
